About My Mobile Massage

 

 

Hi. My name is Matt and I am 37 years of age. I have been in the natural health arena since 2001 involved in organic agriculture and natural medicine/healing.

I completed my Diploma of Health Science (Remedial Massage) in 2009/10 with head lecturer Jeff Murray, the Director of Massage at the 2000 Sydney Olympics. His teaching style has a focus on the elite athlete, which relates nicely to all areas of muscle and fascia work for athlete and non-athlete alike.

I am qualified in Remedial and Swedish/Relaxation Massage, Trigger Point therapy and Fascia release. I take a clinical appproach to injuries, performing range of motion tests to identify the cause for effective relief of pain and to restore full range of movement.

In December 2011 I completed 3 fascia courses with world renowned Fascia researcher and therapist Tomas Myers which included Anatomy Trains - myofascial meridians, intrinsic muscles of the pelvis and the physiology of emotional release.

I can apply as much pressure that is needed to release problem areas in a Remedial session or I can give a soothing relxation massage.

I perform corporate massage for MyMobileMassage and I am often sub-contracted by other national corporate massage companies to perform massage in the office and at events.
